Your first visit will last for 1.5 hours. After your first office visit you will be given a comprehensive treatment plan which will include a Chinese medical diagnosis, suggested frequency of acupuncture, Chinese herbal and supplement recommendations, along with dietary and lifestyle suggestions. Follow up visits will last for 1 hour.
Insurance and Payment
Payment is due at the time of service.
I am no longer billing insurance for patients, but am happy to provide a superbill (receipt) which can be submitted to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy
Please be mindful of our 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to make your appointment, please be considerate to those on the waiting list and contact the clinic as soon as possible. If you do not call or email (casey@fcacupuncture.com) within 24 hours of your appointment to cancel, you will be billed the full fee for that appointment.
